Cronos didn't fall that much because it is only listed on the Can exchange. Many companies make the error to go on a higher profile exchange to get more exposure but if they don't deliver, they will pay the price. If Cronos was on NASDAQ, it would be deeper in the red since a long time. It was a good decision for Chronos to be only listed on the TSX.
