Johnny, re the descriptor change re the CD, good point. Looking over earlier legalese language it seemed to me that EPropelled had an issue with the name "coil driver".

I'm sure there is considerably more at stake than simply that, but it caught my eye.

Simplicity, any clarification would be appreciated if you have knowledge on this issue.
