An add on to my comments.

If I was the CFO/Finance guy (John and Darrell) facing a deadline of this magnitude, I would be pooping my pants.

I did not see any sense of urgency at the end of Oct round table and even less at SEMA. In fact, Darrell was bouncing around like a kid on Christmas morning at Sema.

This deal is done. Whatever form it may take.
