RE:RE:Medi-call app

RE:RE:Medi-call app...it is my belief that Telehealth is just in the very early stages very similar to home computers when Apple came out with their first home computer you could play a very basic medieval game on (anyone remember that?) and the Commodore Vic 20 with the cassette tape drive and cartridge... meaning the opportunity and growth was unimaginable at that time as was the landscape of home computer providers that would eventually be successful: Apple, Microsoft, IBM, HP, DELL, Asus, Lenovo, Acer... then leading forward to smart phones, which I won't even begin to or try to list all the companies that make phones.... we are at a new era for healthcare and have a new era solution in the new era with our very successful, battle tested AI... home PCs and smart phones did not become a household and every person common item in a year or two... it took time, revisions, a lot of work... but for those who slugged through the early days and survived it has proved to make them beaucoup money!...and have a peak at some of their SP charts from, say, 1985 onward, if they go back that far... I believe it is the same scenario now with Telehealth and it is my hope that DM and Marshall will take their time, do it right, and run the long marathon with it, not do a sprint to falter and simply then fade away... I want them to do it right and last!... so I have patience and hold on for what I hope to be life changing results... All IMO... DYODD...

I wonder if this is just for physicians signed up for medicall or another offering for any physician who is looking for a solution to manage their busy schedules and electronic medical records.

I saw that too. Only about 5 downloads when I checked but it's a start. Tele health is brilliant. The last time I used Telus to go over some blood work and I was able to do it from the side of a logging road while my son and I were zeroing in a rifle for a hunt. The doctor lives on Mayne Island. I truly believe telehealth will be mainstream sooner rather than later. This is one of the reasons that I'm so frustrated with DM's sluggish role out.
