RE:U.S. Strategy
RE:U.S. StrategyThere is no plan at this time and I don't see the beneit in having one at this time. It could be years before the US legalizes federally. The recent legislation that solves tax issues and expunges records solves many of the issues. Things could easily keep on trucking for years without a strong need to officially legilate at the federal level. The feds can just let the individual states do their thing. Anyone engaged in federal level politics has to consider if it's worth "making it official" and will that net them more votes then they had or affect their popularity with certain demographics.
It's not gonna surprise us. There will be lots of time once a real piece of legislation is draftedd to come up with a plan before it ever comes into effect. May as well wait to strategize with current the current info at that time.

I have been following this company closely for a couple of years and to me their U.S. strategy isn't being communicated clearly. I thought it was about pod sales, and I know they have been trying there already, but I can't remember the last time we sold even a single pod anywhere.
We shouldn't expect a share price reaction to U.S. legalization if cannabis industry investors don't clearly see Delta 9 as a legitimate participant in that market.
