Do you think the FS will launch enough interest that offers to buyout or partner will be shortly forthcoming?
Hey Laruch12
I think the interest is there now for those are key players. As I've said before, based on what I see happening, I think the Company, if not directly but through thier corporate advisory firm, has already been engaged by certain companies. It's been way too quiet over the last 2 months. I think what they are waiting on is the feasibility study so that interested parties will engage in meaningful discussions and, hopefully, offers based on 3rd party information. There's just too much speculation on potential mine characteristics based on the few tidbits that have been disclosed over the last 12 months. I think potential purchasers will want something more tangible before committing to a price or negotiations/discussions. I'm sure reps of those industry players already know the potential of what they are looking at but still need 3rd party validation. If reps of any of those companies read this board or CEO they are seeing guesses from $3 to $80. That's quite the spread!
I still see this as being a target for a buyout. I don't see this as a potential to partner with another company (like an existing operating company) unless the potential buyout offers are too low. I can't see either some existing industry player or new-to-the market player not wanting this asset for fair value (but that value is the multi-million dollar question).
I'm hoping we see some type of bidding/offer activity within a month of potential purchasers getting access to the FS. The big question now is when that timeframe will be. I, too, was expecting it before year end, based on previous indications, but not sure anymore. Whatever the timeline for the FS, I'm hoping that we will have purchaser engagement and a closed deal by late Spring 2023. That's what I'm banking on.
