Oh yeah ktd, I have wondered that for a long time. Why do they need such a high level staff, and so many, so long before they had even verified the process at the pilot plant? If there really is such a demand for magnesium, why would you even need a sales staff at all much less years before it might go into production sufficient for an end user? Especially when money is so tight and dilution so painful. I do think there is a lot of incompetence, but I also think there is an apathy towards shareholders as well. The last part should be fairly obvious...
