We only know what they disclosed about the Baxter change (US$2.5 mill invested) - we don't know what other changes might have been made to the (redacted) deal. Why disclose changes to elements that are secret anyway? You'd have to reveal the original secret first for the change to be understandable. Could it be that part of it is helping with recruitment in some way from a large strategic partner intimately connected to the hospital sector? One that is building their marketing force to attack the market "the day after FDA approval"? Would they build a marketing fleet now ready for deployment if they weren't very certain of approval?
Perhaps with us now approaching the 11th day of the 11th month they are launching the D (deadline) day attack with a view to 100% success in capturing the big (PSU) prize. I'd throw everything I possibly could at it and I'm sure they are doing exactly that.
