And Barnes doesn't even look at Moa's WC! He has S's in there at $159mm but if you add in Moa's, he would need to add $298mm. That is worth $0.75/sh. Add that to his NAV 10% (to be conservative) and you get $2.62/sh. Shoddy analysis by the street.

I just don' t think they care as there is little to no IBK fees to be derived from this thing and no Inst Commissions to be had.
