No certificate = no mine.
There is absolutely no way to get a certificate without doing a new EA. None. Zero. Zilch. The BC EA act is absolutely clear on this. John can jump up and down and say whatever he wants but there is no way to get an EA Certificate without a new EA, not matter what he says.
If Morrison was approved without going through a new EA process, the social and political outrage would be deafening.
Mark my words... all the effort to communicate with the government is a complete waste until PBM starts the new application. PBM has now wasted 9 months and the clock is ticking.
And why anyone would believe anything John says after the last 10 years is beyond me.
