Short traders like higher price when you know what you are doing. The pumper quinpump said to short a stock Hexo at .24c. retails are no edge fund and this guy reached the level of an id!ot. 1st, my broker would not allow it and if it did, I would never short a so low price stock. Low price stock has a tendency to often keep their low price for a long time. I posted about it a long time ago and this is exactly what is happening. As long as Hexo has a good volume, it will help to slow down the downtrend. The news are moving the price. The Dow is up
