Wow, I didn't realize a snake could go in reverse. Nice backpedaling but no, that isn't something that requires shareholder approval. The only thing on the agenda will be agenda items requiring a vote to approve. Maybe there will be a motion to declare every day will be st Patrick's day just to drive away all the snakes.
