Keppel DC REIT (the Trust) is a Singapore-based data center real estate investment trust. The principal activity of the Trust is to invest, directly or indirectly, in a diversified portfolio of income-producing real estate assets, which are used primarily for data center purposes, as well as real estate and assets necessary to support the digital economy. The Trust’s investments comprise a mix of colocation, fully fitted and shell and core assets, as well as debt securities. The Trust is managed by Keppel DC REIT Management Pte. Ltd.

RE:What's Up?Probably  a combination of things. Someone desperate to get out plus early tax selling season plus some selling due to thinking that this is a dead cat bounce in precious metals and the last chance to salvage anything. Looks like capitulation to me.
