agreed. George gives great presentations but the recent company cc's have been awful. Every segment of the business is hemorrhaging. Only bright spot is early success of 35's and that product is a long way from being able to get them out of their operational hole. I expect either another raise or acquisition within 2 or 3 months due to near term liquidity challenges. The question is what is an acquirer  willing to pay in this sector washout phase where all small and mid sized businesses are going broke? 1x sales? 2x? Lowell has serious brand cache and I'd guess a big fish may bite. That could be why the stock didn't tank after the ER, perhaps a buyout premium being built in? Maybe an offer near the magical .26c level where all those warrants are stacked, giving the valuation about 100M. Just a WAG.
