Exactly, WC1000. If the immune system can be primed through Pela/CI action (or even just Pela) to destroy nascent tumours (or even individual cancer cells before they form what can be called a tumour) the incidence of "successful" cancer in a population could be considerably reduced.
The economics of this, however, would be tricky. To be taken up as a "vaccine" model, the price would have to be much lower than that used for treatment of Stage IV cancers. The production costs may not allow this (not sure how scaleable ONC's technology is). However, the potential market would be orders of magnitude larger if it proved successful.
