Yup - their payout is well over 100% and the price to book is also (was also) very high at over 39% while most of it's peers are under 18%.  Not sure how they can maintain a dividend that is now at almost 7.3% - really not sustainable but I doubt the CEO cares much - his salary is almost 5 million a year regardless of the share price so I expect to see the dividend cut - wouldn't surprise me if it was cut by as much as 50% (or more) as I doubt very much there is any willingness from the company perspective to cut upper managment salaries even though the book value of the company  has dropped by as much as 37 percent  from its year high.

Sigh

And here I thought I was buying a "quality" Canadian company not so many months ago.
