RE:RE:RE:PakistanThat's a bit of a stretch on the truth.. poor countries resort to burning wood, coal, oil, Nat Gas, dung, or anything else that will burn to create energy too.. some of those are far worse than western countries buring Nat gas.. like the earlier poster said.. if you build in a flood plain, expect that flood plain to do what its supposed to do every once in a while.. manage flooding..!
