CMMC governance policies

CMMC governance policiesSame as everyone on the board, the Zeta selling is bugging me a lot. It's so flagrant that I'm wondering how could this happen. CMMC has a black out policy (see below).

Possible explanation. By looking at all transactions on Sedar, we can see that they have started to sell when CMMC announced the Eva sale. 5M shares so far as of Nov 8th. A lot of Zeta/ICM participation in CMMC were coming from the Altona transaction or around that period. Since CMMC will leave Australia and be delisted at some point of the ASX, Zeta is potentially pulling the plug on this investment. Is that special situation authorizes them to trade on black out periods...I don't know but maybe.

Even if CMMC is poorly managed, CMMC could jump sharply when Zeta complete his selling. Smell like a good opportunity for a first time in more than a year

Good luck
