Impossible to get a high spec double: Dan Halyk

On Total's CC highlighted the tigthness of the doubles market. Says pricing has been moving in the right direction and expects it to continue. I suspect Stampede becomes eyed from Total just as Savanna was. There are synergies for both sides.
