Avanti Helium Corp. is a Canada-based pure play helium exploration company. The Company is focused on the exploration, development, and production of helium across western Canada and the United States. Its projects include Greater Knappen Project and Leader Project. The Greater Knappen Project has identified key areas for helium exploration in Southern Alberta and Montana. Criminal Offenses by the looks of it and proceeding to trial. I think the 2 brokerage houses were paid around $1 million to find investors and support the stock. Apparently they took the $million but provided little or no visible support? I think these are fringe or smaller players and their track record looks bad based on this revelation and the way the recent PP was handled. A lot of retail were hurt by assuming the pp was oversubscribed at 90 cents like Stonecastle said and retail believed the share price would remain supported at the $1.00 level. I imagine IIROC and the Lawyers will now be watching AVN and Cormark on this one.
