RE:RE:RE:RE:I’d say good news but 9.5% is not a bad interest-rate. In fact I'm surprised it's not a little higher. When you are dealing with that type of money, you have to be 100% sure and confident in the company or he would not allow them to borrow $30 million.
So I nicely disagree with you about 9.5% being high.
Check out any other companies and you will see it is a feather in there cap.
We are fortunate to know about this company at this level. Once they start marketing to institutions and retail investors get in it will be in in the 3 to 4 dollar range for the retail guys.
