Nothing wrong here AT ALL!  Even if he could get his hands on that many shares, (and he couldn't ), it would be reported by the company. Your  only allowed to own up to 5% before it would show up in their financials or reported on SEDAR. No way he owns half the company. That's the most basic ridiculous thing someone could say. I assure you.
