@cargo This is interesting, IMO their is a lot more going on with Novacium. It seems that they have been working on Photosil project recently with Roth and Ra to demonstrate that a very high conversion efficiency could be achieved and set a world efficiency record of 19% (‘World Class Solar Efficiency On N-Type Cz UMG Silicon Wafers By Heterojunction Technology’) More on the Photosil Project (links below) it seems that they have two operational pilot plants based on the pictures below.
