RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:SALMONHypothetically, BKM goes through the expense of providing another mine proposal, and it proves to have zero-minimal adverse effect on the environment, then it gets rejected again due to a "goal post adjustment", should they just continue to keep making these proposals until the one day they decide to let the small mining junior have a lucky day?
How is this supposed to work? Is this fair and justifiable to all mining juniors? Basically throw the dice and hope for your numbers to show up?
