RE:RE:Great news on EV this morning EV roll out in general is expected to take time as there must be many factors to consider, permits, etc. Especially installing in the city. MG announced a delay already, which is understandable considering DM EVS is only how many months in? 
I think you are perceving this news as a "taste to keep investors hopeful" where as i am viewing this as an actual update on DM EVS progress.
