RE:This has been a tough year for shareholders.These small caps? Assume the worst by default. Starting to get the sense the vaaaaaast majority of these micro and small cap companies had no intention on delivering or producing anything of real value from the very outset, except generous amounts of cheap paper that they hope the public does not know or think about and bloated salaries for management that are paid by the financers who are given the cheap paper.

Then they get these small caps posted all over proactive and other sites that at first appear to be neutral investing news sources but are actually compensated to cover them.

It's a scene. What kind of a scene it is? I'll leave that up to your judgement. But it is one.
