If you took that (not financial) advice to buy or hold in Sept 2020 and waited 90 days youd have made 75% on your investment. Even people who bought the second spike after Japan news first broke (oct 2018) would have recouped their entire investment by holding through the phase I was commenting on.Sorry your pea-brain isnt capable of making good decisions.
