The services were provided to subscribers on both a postpaid and prepaid basis.

Did you just say that a company that loses $20 million every year and barely manages $3 million in annual sales of its main product, drove its share value down to practically nil, and has no path forward, was actually still paying out bonuses?

"Approximately $0.7 million of the decline reflects the reversal of bonuses previously accrued for 2021 and 2022 that the Company determined will no longer be paid."
