RE:Tinley's Merging with Blaze.

RE:Tinley's Merging with Blaze.Boy it sure is creepy when a turd has to take posts and try and change the narrative instead of using the whole conversation that was going on. Nice of you to scroll back through posts from 2021 and April 2022. You is some fricked up. Please do elaborate where I said Lakewood won't get a license renewed, you can't!! Show where I said Lakewood would not be acquired. Show me where there is a merger or acquisition taking place outside of Lakewood? I know you will claim that some second hand conference call from a party not directly involved used the word merger so that is gospel.

Your quote from the latest pr. Even your limited knowledge should be able to tell the difference between a shared management agreement and what Tilray and Hexo are doing. Read the words carefully. You have screamed buyout for Tinkleys all the way down from where? (i will let you answer that). Is it still going to happen north of $2.00?

the Company is making substantial progress on the previously announced commitment to enter into a shared management services agreement with Blaze Life Holdings, LLC. Expected progress and key milestones including details of the management services agreement to be entered into by the two parties are expected to be disclosed by the Company in Q4 2022.

The tards who said Lakewood wouldn't get their licenses?
Then they said Lakewood won't get them renewed.
Then they said Tinley's won't acquire Lakewood, not to mention for a nominal fee.
Then they said the merger and acquisition talk was reference to Lakewood.

c'mon. The founder of Blaze is a new board member of Tinley's, take a hint, accept defeat, move on with your life, it's happening.....

Tinley's Long Beach Facility: Progress on Plan

The Company continues to plan and execute to achieve its previously announced goals to increase revenue and reduce costs at the Long Beach Facility. In addition to ramping up production of client products and manufacturing own-brand product to return the full line-up of Tinley's infused beverages to distribution with SuLo Distro, the Company is making substantial progress on the previously announced commitment to enter into a shared management services agreement with Blaze Life Holdings, LLC. Expected progress and key milestones including details of the management services agreement to be entered into by the two parties are expected to be disclosed by the Company in Q4 2022.

Above is a quote from Tinley's most recent PR.

"Tinley successfully executed a merger with Blaze holding, effectively doubling their existing manufacturing capacity. With our high growth priorities, Tinley has quickly proven to be a capable partner that is willing to expand and adapt to meet our total manufacturing needs as we work to establish ourselves in the cannabis industry."

Above is a direct quote from Jones Soda CEO.

Jones Soda Ceo mentions Tinley's merging with Blaze, Article Here.

Once again, who are you going to listen to?
Some troll who only posts vengeful gibberish on Stockhouse about Tinley's and one of their shareholders. Can't even do basic DD and refuses to acknowledge or is simply to stupid to notice Tinley's in every single TWM location.

Or, one of the most transparent shareholders of Tinley's, who has been here since 2016, and currently buying shares on the open market, providing actual due dilligance not even disclosed by the company?

Ever notice how scotianbot sounds

like someone who works for Tinley, has a relative within the board or company, or knows too much info like JM? Can't just be a person who knows a guy who knows a guy that works for the knows a guy in the industry. Remeber Tinley is the only company who has always been increasing their store count in every monthly report.

M & A

Guess all that blow hard stuff about the company being in M & A discussions has blown up in the face of the biggest pumper who was speculating. They might be in discussion with JSDA, Tilray is gonna them, hey maybe Pepsi, or all kinds of companies. Too bad he never listened when told that the M & A was for Lakewood, finally they reveal the truth so that the biggest pumper could be educated. Nice try but so off the mark.

HAHAHAHA, it feels good to see you so jelly and desperate, tell me again how the M&A talk was about Lakewood! Too bad you're too biased and stupid to think outside the box.
