RE:RE:NVA is ramping up, will

RE:RE:NVA is ramping up, will I think the current issue regarding a NVA, is that its current evaluation is much higher than the value of POU based on its current assets.

I could see POU use the NVA shares as currency in the purchase of a company that would be accretive to POU. Currently i don't not think NVA is accretive to POU.

You have to understand that POU views themselves at Montney/Duvernay experts and know the play area very well, from the initial discovery of Kakwa owned by ARX resouces to the Duvernay/Montney owned by Cresent Point. They understand the resouce that NVA is exploiting very well as Nuvista does themselves, most of NVA land butts up to Paramounts land base.

There is a ton of assets that POU owns that represents land, rigs, and infastructure that the true value of the assets are not represented on the balance sheet. Recently POU did a farm out to Perpetual which is highly opportunistic land next to baytex clearwater lands that represent the top economic wells in north america?

I would not be surprize to see POU buy someone like Pipestone that is a little less dilutive, and a little more bite size.

IMHO
