Brett Richards, President and CEO, and Peter Flindell, Vice President – Exploration, will update shareholders on the exploration progress and geological understanding of the Company's 100%-owned Moss Lake Gold Project in Northwest Ontario, Canada (the "Moss Lake Gold Project").
The Webinar will be hosted as a 6ix Summit event. All stakeholders and interested investors are invited to attend. The playback will then be available on the Company's website.

Goldshore also announces that its board of directors has adopted an Omnibus Incentive Plan (the "Plan"), under which the Company may grant its directors, officers, employees and consultants stock options, restricted share units, and deferred share units (together the "Share Based Compensation") of the Company and which reserves up to 10% of its outstanding shares as Share Based Compensation. The Plan is subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company at its next Annual General & Special Meeting. Any grants of Share Based Compensation made under the Plan will also be subject to the approval of disinterested shareholders at the next Annual General & Special Meeting of the Company.
