RE:Waiting For Dividend Cut Could Be Painful

since insiders have bot stock and may desire to buy more they may be in no hurry to make postive announcements. Also the company has some assets up for sale so they may want to await the results of those sale processes prior to prematurely addressing the dividend question which is a BOD decision NOT a management one.
