# of ounces at SGD’s Valley Discovery
This guy below does geological modelling of mineral deposits and luckily he has taken an interest in Snowline. He really knows his stuff. He's a straight shooter and only looks at the facts. He figures there is at least 14 million ounces of gold at Valley given what we know so far.
Obviously SGD's share price will be going much higher in the not too distant future. His findings aren't written in stone however. Things will change as more assay results pour in over the coming weeks and months. This figure will be revised upwards and downwards as more information becomes available but there is no doubt that Snowline has discovered a world class gold deposit worth billions of dollars. What it is worth to a major gold company has yet to be determined but I'm confident any future buyout will be greater than one billion dollars and possibly as high as two billion. It is a fantastic gold discovery.
@The_Realist Alright all. Here is an update. Visuals and text in attached figures. I updated all volumes and not just the higher-grade core. There is a large drop in my estimated ounces at Valley based on a reduction in the 0.8gpt and 0.4gpt domains. I still estimate there is a very significant resource at Valley (14M oz updated). Based on holes 7, 10, 14 and 29 (assays not received yet) SGD has outlined an approximate 350m x 270m x 220m area that will likely grade near 3gpt and starts at surface. (Rapid Capex Payback). My calculated tonnes and grade of this domain = 63.3m tonnes at 3.2 gpt for 6.5m oz (2.65 SG) Results today confirm and increase my confidence in higher grade component of Valley Hole 12 assays disappoint and decrease my confidence in grade / volume of moderate/low density veining domains around core zone Revised estimate for resource >=0.4gpt is now 375m tonnes @ 1.16 gpt for 14m oz compared to my previous 930m tonnes @ 0.84gpt for 25m oz estimate (Reduction of 11m oz). All volumes are cut by rough pit design. High vein density / 1.8gpt domain volume similar to previous estimates. Based on 14m oz: Ev/Oz = $26 (Valley only. Max depth of 430m). Large reduction due to adjustment in moderate and low vein density volume. Large decrease based on grade in hole 12, 8 and 6 Results of holes 13, 17 and 20 will have large impact on moderate to low vein density / grade domain (If results are better than hole 12, tonnes and ounces of the moderate/low density veining will increase).
