RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Wonder if Kurt and Prahbu are bidding on assets Sorry didn't check back until now.
When an individual has millions invested in something, particularly something that they helped build themselves, they have financial and emotional reasons to fight for said something.
This is more so a point in human psychology than anything else.
I'm not talking about tangible numbers or court orders, simply the notion that Kurt may be fighting in the background to save Xebec and Shareholders interests, as according to our information he is still a major shareholder.
I never claimed this meant more than the statement above; If Kurt still has his millions of shares, he may be inclined to fight for this. That is all. Not trying to pump false hope and still operating under the notion that I totally messed up as an investor, but there is a small point to Kurt still holding his shares.

It's maybe a good thing because he certainly didn't deserve to profit 1 cent from the absolute disaster he created......but him still owning shares certainly shouldn't give anyone any more hope than if he didn't own shares. Won't change a thing. Or are you insinuating that if he didn't sell his shares there must be still hope for the company? Don't give Kurt that much credit.....I'd suggest if he did hold all his shares it was just because he was so out to lunch he didn't even realize what an absolute mess he'd created and may have been too inept to sell even knowing the inside workings....
He very well may have not sold any shares......the only reason anyone thought he dumped shares was because TT said it was so....and we all know what that's worth.
