BUYOUT by MCAP

BUYOUT by MCAPSo, lets assume the deposit has 50million ounces which imo is a Realistic  number when the drilling is complete.. The range is likely 30-70mill and the overally optimistic figure is as high as a 100million... So what will that number equate to when we take ounces times dollars per ounce?? Assuming it is a 100$ Canadian per oz for simple math.. we would have 50million times a 100 for a 5billion price tag. The issue here is the $100 price tag per oz. the ave I bel from what I see when Gold was $1250 was closer to $40 so will we get a $100??? thats not likely, but the $40 is in US dollars another massive factor.. Now if Gold is at $3000 that is another story.. So many factors.. So assuming a $100 Canadian projecting strong Gold prices perhaps it is safe to use a $100 canadian per oz.. If otheres have more input on this I welcome it.

Now given the prior example using MCAP we would recieve

The 5billion would be split accordingly :

TUD: 60% or $3 Billion divided by 198.2 million shares = $15.15/Share

AMK: 20 % or $1 Billion divided by 397 million shares or thereabouts = .2.51/share

TUO : 20% or $1Billion divided by 57.35 million shares = $17.43/ share. They haven't spun off tc yet so that would ONLY be for their share of TC. The rest of their properties would be over and above this.

my prior numbers on AMK shows 440mil shares and I believe that may take into account warrants etc..but these are all good ballpark numbers I believe. This is simply math and helpful to get our heads around.

I can live with a buyout somewhere in the neighbourhood of $1.25 to $2.50 per share. I feel this is  a safe target using a $100 Canadian. The kicker is how much will a buyer give us per ounce of Gold?? That is yet to be determined and will be vastly effected by what the dollar amount is for Gold when this day comes.. What if Gold is at $3000 ??? Then you may be looking at a far better price.. So many questions and all we can do is speculate, wait, and hope for the best.
