Noranda Income Fund is a Canadian based income trust. The fund owns the electrolytic zinc processing facility and ancillary assets located in Salaberry-de-Valleyfield, Quebec. RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Share Price
You do realize Xstrata offered close to 4 a share before they were bought out by GC. We have invested over 100 M$ in plant to date to allow processing more grades. Presumably, we will be upgrading the cells for another 100 M$ before GC will try and takeover.

If we generate 40 M$ per q, and right now, there is nothing that would indicate significant deviation, but lets say 100 M$ per year in profit for simplicity (profit assumes no capital expenses), paying the old dividend rate out. How much is it worth

New plant is over 1 B$, existing plants between 1 - 0.5 billion. Minimum takeover price is 250 M$.

1. 5
2. There has to be something that we can prove in a lawsuit to make it worth suing.

This current price is stupid, I have no idea why more people aren't scooping up shares under 1.
