Those extremely low prices never stay there for long, so that is exactly where actual knowledge about what the company is worth (being able to do the math) comes in. If you don't know how to do that, than it is very simple, you have NO POINT OF REFERENCE. At ANY price of any stock, the person buying should be able to determine whether it is a buy, hold or a sell. Without knowledge how to do that, you are only GUESSING and Gambling, NOT investing.
