Under Virginia property, it focuses on exploring two targets in Virginia: high-grade mesothermal gold vein mineralization along strike of the Buckingham Gold Vein and zinc-copper SEDEX-style mineralization in a newly identified base metals/polymetallic belt.

Goldy should have studies harder for his exams; he would know that a rights offering needs to be offered to ALL shareholders for it to be legal. 

I think we have all determined that from a credibility perspective goldy is anything but believe.
