100% agree, strange.
a lot has changed in the past 6-12 months (i.e. rising interest rates); maybe there is an aquisition that has all of a sudden become attractive, or the auto loan and other areas are growing more than expected with many consumers being pushed to non prime lending.....GSY management has been consistenly making calculated decisions...
