Oh man you didn't read it fully either. There's 0.05 paper in there as well - "consideration shares" - almost 800k of them. Hey guys, those big management salaries and cash to InvestorIntel and Equity Guru? This is where we're at. I noticed the biggest seller today, TD, had patiently been sitting on the ask and decided today was the straw. Can not blame them one single bit.
