RE:Shawcor is worth >$25 in my opinionThanks for you input. The big question is what will bidders pay based on EBITDA margin expectations.

I had previously expected mid-teen margins. To the extent the market will pay up for the potential future, shareholders could be well rewarded.

They will undoubtedly use a chunk of the sales proceeds for M&A. I won't be too upset if they pay a special dividend between $1 and $4 per share which I would effectively see as a "catch up" since the dividend was suspended.

Kudos to Management for moving this along.
