Unfortunately,  market ifor developers is not driven by news distorting valuations. Similar news during bull condition would definetely appreciated. The good news is that it is important for potential partners. 
Hopefully, it will create additional pressure on Mitsui, they should understand that these grades may be too attractive and someone can present a superior offer.
Similar was with NLC, when they found 3d aquifier during Li prices downturn, NLC cap moved like 10-15M, which was completely ridiculous, but it worked out in l-t.
