Theralase Technologies Inc. is a Canada-based clinical-stage pharmaceutical company. The Company is engaged in the research and development of light activated compounds and their associated drug formulations. The Company develops products both internally and using the assistance of specialist external resources.

Could this be also that they have the data @450-days of lets say all the patients so far execept maybe p#24 and/or #25 (or even all the data to p#25) and that they decided to make this pp less, knowing that they really have interesting numbers that will be convincing enough?

That insiders stepped in once again, at this time, has to be because of positive outcome. Otherwise, why take a risk?
