Buyers not motivated in the slightest to spend a couple of hundred more and just grab their position. Wondering if it is related to a 14 or 30 day VWAP price for a deal? Who really knows WTF is going on anymore, but 6 months after announcing a binding MOU was in place, there should have been more information.
