RE:Q&A with IR (Sokoman)Goldred wrote: I submitted some questions to IR earlier this month:
I was told that SIC has two rigs operating at Moosehead (Phase 6), one barge based and one land based. Both rigs are targeting the Eastern trend. I was also told that they are modeling the area around hole 463. Additionally, I was informed that the third rig is currently "on loan' to SIC's lithium property.
I was told that they are waiting on the ramaining five holes at the Kraken project. Additionally, it was noted: "There will be more discussions on how to carry forward the Kraken project in the near and long-term future. The sentiment is that spinning out the project would be the best way at the moment to maximize its value for shareholders but the timing will have to be carefully considered." I agree with SIC's approach on the Kraken project as being discussed above. The company has noticed and studied the current market conditions, noting that major players in the Lithium space have seen their market cap slashed considerably since their peak.
I could sense some frustration (as we all know) with the on-going waiting time for lab results - especially on Moosehead. Continuous strong results from Moosehead is what is needed to really move the stock. I don't know what the company plans or can do to address this issue (slow lab results).

Goldred, thanks for the nice update/summary. I do think we are going to start getting results on Moosehead soon. Drilling around Hole 463 once the modelling is completed (I think this is or close to be finished) is going to be very very important. Getting 39M of high grade is unlikely to be an anomoly. The o/s lithium holes may help however I am not holding my breath on that.
I think at this point, I would forget the spinoff until next year when you have more data and the macro is better. Also SIC needs to keep the treasury strong, so slowing down a bit is okay.
