I'm with you here DeputyDawg. I'd say mid-Q1 2023 for FS. Rowland had the opportunity last month in the Sagacity interview to reinforce Q4 2022 for the FS (which the Company is already on record for stating publicly). He didn't and all he said was that SLR will produce a top-notch FS and left the timeline open-ended. I'm open to be proven wrong with a drop in the next 3-4 weeks, though :)
I don't think it matters to a potential buyout, though, which I've always thought would be final by late Spring/early Summer 2023. That's my hope, anyway.
I agree. It's looking more and more like we're not gonna get FS by year end. Love to be wrong but we're almost out of runway.
actually, I'm betting we won't see the FS at all. We should be taken out before it gets released. I still say private companies, lie Cargill, don't want their laundry aired in public, clean or dirty. If that's true, we'll wake up one morning to a halt and the magic number will be....
