insiders still heavy stacking .02 shelf? What do you expect with no revenue in 20 years plus current earnings and probably never will. Just let it delist and quit reviving this from drowning every time. They must make 500k a year flipping making half cent profits. Still waiting for the hearsay ' big revenue' soon/shortly,close, around the corner, near future b.s newsroom post which was promised ever 2 weeks. I guess they ran out of b.s to release
