Spending an hour or more on hold to get through to support in the phillipines or some other third world country. Being double transfered and problems still not being soved and being charged for things ive cancelled. On hold now while i type this.

This company can't possibly save anymore from cutting support and it's pic TV is no match for other services. Canada is going to be in a recession next year so where is all the new revenue going to come from?

This company is thriving on ripping peoiple off and gutting it"s support services.
