Maybe or maybe not. They certainly didn't do much of what they said they would do when they could do it. A lot of talk that's for sure. Now they can blame the GOP for inaction. The GOP can in turn say how evil cannabis is and that we're all going to hell. Rinse and repeat - shakespeare politics. Cynical? You bet.
