RE:BJ & SH ordered to perform depositions in C 2418It will be highly entertaining, if they are deposed at 9:30 Santiago time! That is 4:30 a.m. PST!
I've heard BJ doesn't function well in the morning. I wonder if he and SH will ask for a change in time? Perhaps they have already tested the court's patience, trying to delay these depositions once?
It will be a gong show if BJ has to be alert at 4:30 a.m. He will have to be very careful, given the testimony JRL has already related in C 1036.
So....does he return the favor and throw JRL under the bus? What evidence/ facts will support his case against Claro/ Ossa?
I can hardly wait!
